2015 Family Vacation Bible School - "Take Faith to the Max"

Our 2015 "Family VBS" was Tuesday-Friday, June 23-26. We broke our record for attendance this year: 39 children Tuesday, 52 Wednesday, 49 Thursday, and over 50 for the closing, plus lots of adults every evening. Participating were St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran (NALC), Northmoor United Methodist Church, Missouri Micronesian Church, and Ebenezer Oromo Evangelical Church of KC.

Glenda and Mike presented the Gospel in a fun and exciting way with Bible lessons, skits, music, puppets, balloons and animal friends!

Here are our Take Faith To the Max Theme Bible Verses:

 Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.

Jonah Story: Psalm 86:5 For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,  and abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You.

Naaman Story: 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Armor of God Lesson: Ephesians 6:11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.

Paul and Silas in prison: John 5:24 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.
